Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited activities and behaviors on Ring0S. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, and legal action.
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination. Illegal activities will be reported to law enforcement.
1. Prohibited Activities
Illegal Activities
You may NOT use Ring0S to:
- Facilitate, commit, or promote any crime or illegal activity
- Traffic in drugs, weapons, explosives, or contraband
- Facilitate human trafficking or modern slavery
- Launder money or conduct financial crimes
- Commit fraud, identity theft, forgery, or embezzlement
- Evade taxes or financial reporting requirements
- Engage in counterfeiting or intellectual property theft
- Violate sanctions, export controls, or government restrictions
Enforcement: We report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate fully with investigations.
Abuse & Harassment
You may NOT use Ring0S to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk any person or organization
- Send hate speech, bigoted slurs, or dehumanizing language
- Facilitate bullying, cyberbullying, or coordinated harassment
- Send defamatory, libelous, or slanderous communications
- Impersonate, misrepresent, or deceive another person
- Threaten bodily harm, violence, or self-harm
- Incite violence or illegal action against any person or group
- Engage in coercion, blackmail, or extortion
Unsolicited Commercial Messages (Spam)
You may NOT send:
- Marketing messages without prior explicit consent (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
- Bulk campaigns to purchased lists or unwilling recipients
- SMS or calls from spoofed numbers
- Unsolicited robocalls or pre-recorded marketing calls
- Calls to do-not-call registries
Consent Requirements: You must obtain prior explicit consent before sending marketing calls or SMS per CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, TCPA, and NDPR regulations.
Technical Abuse
You may NOT:
- Attempt unauthorized access to Ring0S systems or accounts
- Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Perform denial-of-service (DoS) or DDoS attacks
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data without written permission
- Use automated tools to bypass security measures
- Reverse-engineer our code or APIs
- Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs without disclosure
- Flood our systems with excessive requests
Regulatory Non-Compliance
You may NOT use Ring0S in ways that violate applicable laws:
- Caller ID Spoofing: Misrepresenting your caller ID or originating number
- Call Recording: Recording without required consent per jurisdiction
- Consent: Sending marketing calls/SMS without prior explicit consent
- Identification: Not clearly identifying yourself in calls/messages
- Financial Regulation: Not complying with MiFID II, PCI-DSS, HIPAA
2. Enforcement Actions

Upon Suspension or Termination
- Your access is revoked immediately
- Provisioned phone numbers are released
- Data is deleted per retention policy (90 days for calls/messages)
- Outstanding invoices remain due
- No refunds are issued for terminated accounts
3. Reporting Violations
Report Abuse
If you suspect another user is violating this policy:
Email: abuse@ring0s.com
Include: Workspace ID, violation type, evidence, timestamps
Response Time: 24-48 hours for severe violations
Emergency Reporting
For imminent harm or illegal activity:
- Call law enforcement: 911 (USA), 999 (UK), 112 (EU)
- Email: security@ring0s.com (24/7)
4. Appeals Process
If your account is suspended or terminated:
- Submit appeal to appeals@ring0s.com within 30 days
- Include: Workspace ID, reason for appeal, supporting documentation
- We will review and respond within 10 business days
- If denied, you may escalate to our Data Protection Officer
